Microsoft Office 2007 vs Office 2013
The biggest changes appear to be in the options related to opening and saving documents.

2. FILE menu differences between 2007 and 2013
Office 2013 File menu combines options from Options 2007 File menu and
information seen in Document Properties. Providing a full view of the
management options for a document.
3. Opening Documents
To open a document – you can choose from Recent Documents or to access files through the “Computer” access point. From the “Computer” area, you can click “Browse” to access the familiar file menu showing all the document folders and network drives that you have access to.
4. Saving Documents
To save a document – click “File”, “Save As”, and “Browse” to receive the window where you can navigate to where you will save the document.
5. Microsoft Outlook 2013 considerations for Staff and Faculty
We should be able to automate most of the account configurations for Outlook 2013. Except for their Address book and how their Full Name appears. Users will need to be made aware of how to configure their address book and how to enter their full name so it appears properly on sent emails.
a. Name text change: The user needs to right click on their account "%username% imap email" and choose "Account Properties" - then click "Account Settings", select their account and click "Change." Then replace the text entered in the "Your Name" field with their actual name.
b. While in the Account settings – the user can link their Address Book. Figure.
6. Office 365/Connect Calendar connection
Later in the summer we will need to integrate the Connect Calendar. This will involve the addition of another email account for the campus Office 365 Installation – which will give access to the Calendar resources.
